My name is Christabel and this is a collection of my cake work and knitting along with images that inspire my creativity. I have been a cake decorator in NYC for over 11 years working for places such as Magnolia Bakery, Alice's Teacup, and Billy's Bakery. My biggest inspiration is visions of what could have been plated for the beautiful Marie Antionette.
